Chris Wilson was admitted to the Queensland Bar in 1994. He commenced practise in 1995, when he joined these chambers.

He is a graduate of the Queensland University of Technology, holding the degrees of Bachelor of Laws (1989) and Master of Laws (1995). He undertook articles of clerkship with MacGillivrays Solicitors (now Gadens). Shortly after admission as a solicitor (1991), he spent 3 years working as an in-house solicitor with a major Australian bank.

Chris has a broad commercial practice. He also accepts work in matters relating to the regulation of solicitors, doctors and other professionals, as well as succession matters.

He has published and delivered papers for the Bar Association of Queensland, the Queensland Law Society and commercial presenters. He has lectured at postgraduate level at the Queensland University of Technology (banking and finance), and at the Bar Practice Course for over 10 years.
